Eligibility and Submission Requirements

Submissions must be received prior to the deadline of January 31, 2025 at midnight PT.

A complete award submission must include a submitter's profile, nominee profile (if applicable) and entry details.

Coupa customers and partners agree to allow Coupa to publicize their company and submission content as a finalist or winner on the Coupa website, via marketing communication channels, and with the press. Improperly submitted or incomplete entries are ineligible.

Winners will be announced at 2025 Inspire events. Winners may also be promoted via Coupa communication channels and agree to media opportunities by submitting their customer story.

Multiple entries from the same company or individual may be submitted to be considered for different categories. Partners may submit multiple entries for the same client to be considered for different categories and/or different clients to be considered within the same category.

Each submission will be reviewed by a judging panel. Decisions made by the judging panel are final.

If the submission is on behalf of a client, your client must agree to the content of the submission and to be contacted by Coupa.

All Submissions qualify to win Trendsetter of the Year and Regional Trendsetter of the Year. Winners will be announced at 2025 Inspire. This award recognizes the company that has united powerful technologies to connect teams and deliver new levels of performance and purpose.
