Salling Group is a 116 years old retailer with more than 1500 shops in Denmark, Germany and Poland. Ulrik has been a retailer all of his life starting as a part time store employee while taking his education. Since then, he has gone through many roles from Warehouse Manager to International Security Chief until his current role as Head Indirect Procurement.

Mads is the Director of KPMG NewTech. Since joining KPMG in 2023, he has advised companies on combining technology, data, and AI with operations to reap the benefits of digital transformation. In his role, Mads supports clients in their transformation projects by establishing and refining cross-functional processes, implementing these improvements, and overseeing the associated follow-up systems. Mads has extensive experience with Generative AI and AI, applying these advanced technologies to enhance procurement processes and drive strategic initiatives.
